Process
Backlog Analysis

RICE Score Calculation

- Estimate Confidence: Percentage confidence in Reach and Impact assessments
- Review Effort: Time investment required (person-months)
- Calculate RICE Score: (Reach × Impact × Confidence) ÷ Effort
Multi-Framework Analysis

RICE Scoring Reference
Impact Scale:
- 3 = Massive impact (game-changing)
- 2 = High impact (significant improvement)
- 1 = Medium impact (noticeable improvement)
- 0.5 = Low impact (small improvement)
- 0.25 = Minimal impact (barely noticeable)
Confidence Scale:
- 100% = Complete certainty with strong data
- 80% = High confidence with good evidence
- 50% = Medium confidence, some uncertainty
- 20% = Low confidence, mostly assumptions
